Overview
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical advice to the Project Manager and the broader team.
Liaise daily with the project team, design team, and subcontractors.
Conduct technical verifications of civil engineering designs, models, and drawings.
Implement QA procedures, including concrete pre/post-pour checks, RFIs, and resolving technical issues.
Assist in maintaining and monitoring safe working practices on site.
Monitor and record materials, plant, and logistics.
Keep detailed records and produce regular reports.
Key Points
Requirements
Minimum of 6 years of experience.
Relevant third level Engineering degree.
Proven track record in completing projects from concept to completion.
Experience working with a main contractor.
Strong initiative, self-motivation, and work ethic.
Excellent analytical, decision-making, and communication skills.
In-depth technical and practical knowledge of the construction industry.
