The Chartered Institute of Building Awards – Team of the Year

We are proud to share that our Woodside Residential Development team has been shortlisted for the 2025 Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) Team of the Year Award.

Our team’s collaborative spirit and expertise were the driving force behind the project’s success. By refining construction techniques and creating cost-effective strategies, the team’s adaptability and synergy proved instrumental in navigating and overcoming challenges — delivering the project on time, within budget, and without incidents.

This recognition is a testament to the hard work, innovation, and dedication of everyone involved. We wish the team the very best of luck at the CIOB Awards in Croke Park on 18th September — a fitting stage to celebrate such an achievement.
