Description
This construction project for Carrickmines Manor Ltd.’ involved the construction of 75 No’ new houses (detached/ semi-detached/ terraced), constructed in two phases. The project encompassed all external works within the site curtilage of each house, all site development works associated with the development including site structures, boundary walls, site services / fittings / landscaping etc., together with site service connections and other works outside the site boundary.
