Arran Street Hotel – Topping Out

We are delighted to have reached a significant milestone on the ‘Arran Street Hotel Development’ on behalf of ARA Europe, whilst also achieving over 100,000-man hours accident free. The project is currently ahead of programme for completion in early 2024.

A Topping-Out Ceremony was held yesterday in recognition of achieving this fantastic milestone. The client was in attendance, members of our senior management team, the entire project team along with design team members.

The new eight storey, 273-bedroom hotel will be located at Arran Street East and Little Mary Street adjacent to the historic Fruit & Vegetable Markets.
The development will make a notable contribution to the continued rejuvenation of the area by generating footfall and activity. In addition, the development will redevelop existing underused property and enable the provision of high quality, modern accommodation.
