Woodside Residential Development

We have successfully completed the state’s first cost-rental housing scheme, delivering high-quality, affordable rental accommodation near Sandyford at below-market rates.

The development comprises 155 new homes, including:

• 30 one-bedroom apartments
• 77 two-bedroom apartments
• 18 two-bedroom duplex units
• 4 two-bedroom houses
• 26 three-bedroom houses

The project also includes a dedicated resource centre, an underground car park, and comprehensive site works, landscaping, and service infrastructure.

The new homes were delivered in 2021 and are now fully operational, marking a significant milestone in the provision of sustainable and affordable housing in the region.
