Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Limited constructed a Biopharmaceutical Manufacturing Facility at their greenfield site in Piercetown, Co, Meath.
The development comprised of a main Facility block with associated ancillary buildings. The main campus block consisted of three buildings adjoining together to form the main facility for the site.
The Facility block included a new Warehouse building (Building 200), a Laboratory, Administration, Canteen building (Building 300) and a Manufacturing building (Building 400).
The new Bio-pharmaceutical Manufacturing Building was designed to support multi-product operations on a campaigned basis and to include flexibility to accommodate future expansion for supporting concurrent manufacturing.
The scope completed by Duggan Brothers was the Architectural fit-out installation within the 8000m2 LAC Building (Building 300).

– Reception area
– Stair 1, 2, 3 and Feature Stair 4
– QC Laboratories
– Plant Room
