This residential development consists of 36 high-quality apartments across two adjacent sites in Seatown, Swords, County Dublin. Situated within Major Town Centre Zoning, the development is positioned opposite the upcoming Swords Cultural Quarter (SCQ), contributing to the town’s urban renewal.

The two four-storey linear apartment buildings reinforce the existing streetscape, stepping up in height to complement both County Hall and the SCQ building, in line with national planning guidelines.
Key design features include:
A landscaped green buffer will enhance the public realm, extending an existing green corridor along Seatown Terrace and providing a seamless transition between the built environment and nature. This development not only delivers much-needed housing but also contributes to the creation of a sustainable, vibrant urban community in Swords.
