Description
This contract involved the refurbishment of the existing “Grey House” and some alterations in the existing Novitiate building. The refurbishment works consisted of removing existing finishes some of which were repaired and re-used such as windows and doors, protecting existing finishes, replacing existing window and door heads, hacking off existing external render, refurbishment of existing fireplaces, timber treatment works, stonework refurbishment, repairing conservatory timbers, re-glazing and roof repairs.
