Moran’s Red Cow Hotel

Description

This four star hotel has 120 bedrooms, large function / conference room, restaurants, bar etc. The three and four storey structure is largely of steel frames construction with precast and in-situ concrete floors. External elevations are in plastered blockwork, brick and stone cladding. Finishes are to a very high standard throughout with extensive use of marble in foyer, staircases etc. The building is heavily serviced which required major co-ordination.

The project was completed on programme on a phased basis over twelve months with the first phase including eighty bedrooms, function room, foyer, bars, etc. finished in nine months.
