We have commenced works on the new eight storey, 273-bedroom hotel on the site of a former Fruit and Vegetable Wholesale Warehouse in Dublin’s Market area for Creekvale Ltd.
The hotel will be located at Arran Street East and Little Mary Street adjacent to the historic Fruit & Vegetable Markets.

The new Arran Street Hotel Development will make a notable contribution to the continued rejuvenation of the area by generating footfall and activity. In addition, the development will redevelop existing underused property and enable the provision of high quality, modern hotel accommodation.

The development will consist of demolition of the existing 2 no. to 3 no. storey buildings & construction of a part 5 & part 8 storey 273 bedroom hotel building of approximately 9,600.sq.m over a single basement, with frontages to Arran Street East and Little Mary Street.

Works are expected to be complete in March 2024.
