Project Planning and Scheduling:

· Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules using industry-standard software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
· Identify project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.
· Update and adjust project schedules as necessary to accommodate changes.

Resource Allocation:

· Allocate resources, including labour, materials, and equipment, to various project tasks.
· Monitor and adjust resource allocation to ensure optimal utilization.

Cost Estimation and Budgeting:

· Prepare detailed cost estimates for different phases of the project.
· Develop and manage the project budget, ensuring expenditures are within approved limits.
· Monitor project costs and implement corrective actions to address budget variances.

· Coordination and Communication:

· Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
· Facilitate effective communication among project team members.
· Conduct regular meetings to discuss project progress and address any issues.

Risk Management:

· Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
· Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
· Implement contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges.

Key Points


· Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
· 5 years of experience in construction planning and project management.
· Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
· Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
· Excellent organizational and time management skills.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
