We are delighted to announce that we have been shortlisted for the 2025 Irish Construction Industry Awards!
We are finalists in three categories:
Commercial Project of the Year – Leeson Lane Office Development
The Leeson Lane Office Development features a 7-storey building and restored Spruce House, forming a modern, sustainable government HQ. NZEB compliant, it uses renewables and heat pumps to minimise environmental impact, blending efficiency with heritage and demonstrating a strong commitment to quality, sustainability, and architectural preservation.
Health Project of the Year – Dublin Simon Community Medical Residential Treatment Facility
This state-of-the-art facility on Usher’s Island provides 100 beds and a wide range of specialised services for people experiencing homelessness. It is a purpose-built centre designed to meet complex medical and recovery needs.
Construction Project Manager of the Year – Pat O’Neill
With over 30 years’ experience, Pat has delivered award-winning new builds and complex projects across multiple sectors. A solution-focused Project Manager, he brings clarity and accountability, leading high-performing teams through empowerment and trust. In 2024, he was awarded Chartered Fellowship of the CIOB (FCIOB).
We are honoured to have our people and projects recognised at this level and look forward to the awards evening on the 10th of October at the Convention Centre.
