Description
This project involved the construction of four detached, light industrial / warehouse buildings (units B, C, J & K), including ancillary offices. The contract was divided into 2 phases, phase 1 involved the construction of units J & K which consisted of two new detached, light industrial / warehouse buildings, including ancillary 2 & 3 storey offices. Phase 2 of the project involved the construction of units B & C. The main structure of the buildings consists of structural steel frames, roof decking and cladding and pre cast floor slabs, with internal block work partitions. Both units also included an ESB sub-station and associated site development works, consisting of car-parking areas, drainage, utility connections and associated site works.
