The project involved conservation and refurbishment works of an existing protected building with restricted site access in a live campus in the grounds of Trinity College Dublin as an office and residential complex.
The works included new concrete floor to the basement, fireproofing and insulating existing floors, demolitions, alterations, conservation and new intervention works including works to walls and partitions, works to stairs, windows, internal fire doors, floor wall and ceiling finishes, mechanical and electrical installations and new external ramps and steps.
