Applications are invited to apply for Duggan Brothers (Contractors) Ltd Student / Placement / Internship / Graduate Programme.
The aim of our programme is to develop a range of transferable skills intended to enhance the students opportunities for full time employment here at Duggan Brothers.
Successful students on our programme will have an opportunity to develop their academic learnings and skills while working alongside our experienced construction professionals. Our programme provides ample opportunity for students to gain valuable experience across the various areas of construction such as Safety Management, Quality Management, Site Engineering, Site Management, Commercial / Quantity Surveying, Project Management etc.
Our programme will support each student to gain valuable experience in each of these areas of construction allowing them to have a better understanding of their own career path for the future.
The programme involves students completing their placement / internship over the college semester and the graduate student completing the programme once they have completed their college course.
Our work-based learning programme provides an opportunity for students to work alongside professional construction managers while using their own initiative in a supported environment. Each Student will be required to attend an initial onboarding induction and will spend time with several members of our management team to get a better understanding of the construction industry in practice. Upon the completion of the programme, students that have been successful will have the opportunity to further advance their construction career with Duggan Brothers (Contractors) Ltd.
